Customer Success Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Customer Success team as Customer Success Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who possess hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and exceptional communication and written English skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring their success with our products or services.
- Provide support to customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
- Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years experience in Customer Success.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written English skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
