We are passionate about providing exceptional value to our customers and are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us scale our customer success efforts.


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Executive to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a proactive problem solver, and someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment. This role is critical to our growth and success as we aim to expand our customer base rapidly.


Responsibilities:

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Conduct customer interviews and regular check-ins to identify needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction by collecting feedback. 
  • Handle escalations and complex queries while building sustainable relationships and trust with users through open and interactive communication.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Update our internal databases with information about customer issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Provide support in resolving users' issues via Voice Call / Email / Text.
  • Monitor and analyze customer metrics to assess health, engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth


Qualifications:

  • Should be fluent in Telugu and English.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Having a minimum of 1-year prior experience in Customer Support is an added advantage. Preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have laptop experience
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.
