**JOB DESCRIPTION - ADMIN**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Office Management**:

- Coordinate day-to-day office activities and ensure the office is well-organized.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Manage office files, records, and documentation.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing

calendars, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the preparation of internal communications, presentations, and documentation.

**Data Management**:

- Organize and maintain databases, records, and files related to production, vendors, and

inventory.
- Manage and update administrative systems to improve efficiency.

**Purchasing & Inventory**:

- Support procurement efforts by coordinating orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining

communication with suppliers.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Help maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.

**Logistics & Vendor Coordination**:

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to manage deliveries, orders, and

maintenance requests.
- Assist in the logistics of materials and products within the manufacturing process.

**Event Planning**:

- Assist with organizing company meetings, workshops, and team-building events.

**Special Projects**:

- Participate in various administrative projects and initiatives as the company scales.

**Travel arrangement**:

- Managing travel arrangement at ZYOD which includes international travel, VISA arrangement etc.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
