We at Yapsody India are hiring for the position of a Customer Support Professional (Voice & Web).
- **Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions**:_
- Conduct Webinar & Demo as per Business requirement
- Handle Client Account calls
- Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
- Diagnose and resolve Technical queries related to Ticketing Industry
- Research required information using available resources
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource
- **Skill and Knowledge Requirement**:_
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
- Effective written & verbal communication in English
- Willing to work 24 x 7 Rotating Shift with 2-day week off
- Must be flexible enough with the Shift and ready to adapt immediate changes
- Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality is required as it is a Business to Business process.
- **Educational Qualification & Experience**:_
- Minimum HSC passed and has a 1+ years of International Call Center Experience in Web & Voice Process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
