Location – Navi Mumbai - Pawne

•Drive theservice strategy and develop the service team to meet or exceed servicetargets.

•Nodal pointof contact for pan India customers to handle customer complaints and servicebusiness.

•DevelopAuthorized Service centers (ASCs) for inhouse repairs or field and maintenanceservices.

•Formulateservice agreements with ASCs and some select key accounts.

•Coordinateservice activities, including retrofit, repair, and spare parts management ofgeared motors at our ASCs or customer sites.

•Collaboratewith other departments and central function to ensure seamless customerservice.

•Managecustomer complaints and provide effective solutions.

•Develop andimplement training programs for service technicians and ASCs to enhance theircompetence.

•Monitor andanalyze service performance metrics pan India, providing regular reports tosenior management.

•Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customersatisfaction.

•Maintainaccurate service records and documentation.

•Ensurecompliance with safety regulations and company policies.
