**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- **Office Operations**:
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee office cleanliness and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
- Organize and manage company events, meetings, and appointments.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and coordinating IT setup.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support HR in scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.
- **Compliance and Policies**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: 12th pass
- **No Experience Required**:
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
