**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Marketing Executive for our Branding & Advertising Agency, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business deals with prospective clients.

**Prospecting and Identifying New Business Opportunities**:

- Identify potential clients and market segments through filed work.
- Visiting potential clients in person to introduce our services and generate interest.

**Developing and Closing New Business Deals**:

- Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose solutions that meet their business objectives
- Develop proposals and present to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing

**Account Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued business and satisfaction with our products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise

**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Provide regular updates on marketing activities and progress against targets to the Marketing Director.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, client feedback, and historical sales data

**Qualification Required**:
Any Graduate OR Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, OR a related field is beneficial.

**Experience Required**:
2+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in advertising or branding agency

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office

**Working Conditions**:
This is a full-time position that requires some travel, as well as attendance at industry events and conferences. The Marketing Executive will work in an office environment and may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet client needs.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
