PROFILE SUMMARY:

- Monthly Reconciliation of Vendor Accounts
- Checking & Processing Transporter & other Service Provider invoice
- Daily MIS Report for Dispatches & Vendor Purchase
- Handling the Customer complaints by issue CN/DN
- Monthly Reconciliation of Vendor Accounts
- Handling Customer & Supplier Query regarding Commercial & Quality Related issues & Scrutinizing & sorting it out by way of Debit Note (DN) & Credit Note (CN)
- Handling Customer & Supplier Query regarding Quality & Commercial Related Issue & Scrutinizing & sorting it out by way of Sales Return (SRN) & Purchase Return (PRN)
- Handling Imprest for day to day Petty Expenses
- Vendor Ageing and Payment status
- Handling all day to day queries of Supply & Service Vendors regarding Payment, TDS & Statutory Forms.
- Preparing Service/Admin PO of various services/ Purchases.
- Checking & Processing Transporter & other Service Provider invoice (both Inward & Outward Freight Bill) & ensuring timely Payment.
- Preparation of Sales Invoice for Intra/Inter State & Export Sales as well Purchase bookings.
- Checking the Commercial Documents i.e Road Permit/E-Way Bill, Sales Invoice etc for smooth transit of the

Goods.
- Prepare Daily various reports like Sales/ Purchase
