Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team by coordinating sales activities and ensuring that processes run smoothly.
- Maintain accurate sales records, manage CRM systems, and update databases regularly.
- Handle communication between the sales team and other departments, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Track sales targets and performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Work closely with the finance and operations team to ensure timely processing of orders and contracts.
**Qualifications & Skills:
- **
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced work environments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
