Job Description: Enrollment and Revenue Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Conversion and Partnership Management**: Coordinate meetings with potential activity providers to explore partnership opportunities.
Evaluate and shortlist providers based on predetermined criteria, engaging in negotiations regarding fees and revenue sharing.
Assist in finalizing agreements, including the preparation and signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).

**Enrollment and Fee Collection**:Execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into enrolled students for after-school activities.
Facilitate fee collection from parents, maintaining accurate financial records.
Address parental inquiries, provide detailed information, and guide them through the enrollment process.

**Event Coordination and Execution**:Manage inquiries related to school events and activities, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan, organize, and execute a variety of events.
Support event logistics, including scheduling, participant coordination, and venue arrangements.

**Resource Utilization and Revenue Enhancement**:Contribute to revenue generation through optimal utilization of school resources.
Participate in identifying opportunities to improve revenue streams and resource efficiency.
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement resource utilization strategies.

**Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building**:Cultivate positive relationships with activity providers, parents, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful event execution and revenue generation.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of enrollment activities, financial transactions, and event details.
Prepare regular reports to provide insights into enrollment trends, revenue performance, and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or event coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to effectively engage with parents, students, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Solution-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills.

Location: Pune

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
