Revenue Assurance Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Assurance Management Expert to oversee accurate revenue reporting and journal entries, manage closing activities like accruals, provisions, and reconciliations in compliance with US-GAAP/Stat rules, and ensure timely financial closings.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Revenue Assurance Management Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring regional compliance with statutory requirements related to revenue accounting; coordinating with operational controllers for regulatory filings and tax compliance.
You will also oversee the management of unbilled receivables and approve adjustments in compliance with local VAT laws. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to guarantee accurate revenue recognition and provide guidance on contract variations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain robust controls over revenue processes and balance sheets, addressing any control discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Client Services and Finance teams to support sales proposals, clarify financial rules, and provide training on revenue-related matters.
- Complete necessary documentation for filing forms, obtaining certification of residency for POC clients.
- Assist with various internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to standards and developing mitigation plans for any identified deficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in revenue accounting and recognition.
- Strong understanding of US-GAAP, statutory regulations, and financial reporting requirements. Knowledge in financial systems such as SAP, HFM, OneStream.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with multiple stakeholders across different functions and regions.
