FRONTDESK AND SUPPORT
**Job Title : FRONT DESK AGENT For U.S. Based Hotels (Onsite Position)**
**-->Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- check in/check out.
- Coordinating with the ground staff of the Hotel.
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
- Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Efficiently manage multiple phone calls.
- Deal with queries and provide correct information
- Take reservations
- Handle modifications or cancellations of existing reservations
- Handle and resolve guest complaints
- Be able to answer any questions relevant to a guest's reservation, hotel amenities, driving
directions, area information, billing questions, etc.
- Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.
**-->Qualifications**
- High school diploma
- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Be able to work overnight

**Salary : 15,000-25,000**
**Freshers are can apply.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
