**Requirements**:
- Undergraduates and Freshers are considered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel.
**Role & Responsibility**
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- 1. Prepare and create accurate invoices for the services we provide.2. Send invoices to our clients in a timely manner, making sure they have all the necessary details.3. Keep track of outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.4. Maintain organised records of invoices, payments received, and outstanding balances.5. Communicate with clients regarding any payment-related queries and provide assistance when needed.6. Generate reports on invoice status and payments received for management review.
- **Attributes**:
- Punctual and deadline-oriented. Friendly and professional communication style. Ability to handle basic financial transactions. Comfortable using computer software for invoicing and record-keeping.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
