To handle the Front Desk and to ensure that all the guests are taken care during his/her shift.

Check-In and Check-Out, Settling the bills etc.

To attend telephone calls of room guests and to pass on the guest requests to the concerned departments.

To take room reservation whenever necessary.

To ensure proper allocation of the rooms to the guests as per availability of

To ensure that there are no service issues during the shift.

To coordinate with other departments especially Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B departments.

To supervise and hadle Travel Desk.

To do all jobs related to Front Office during his/her shift.

To report to the Front Office incharge and unit GM. To provide all the required reports to the management whenever asked for.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
