**Role**:
This role needs you to be empathetic, agile and committed to quality. you’ll be working with early teams and founders who are building their startups from the ground up - you’ll need to be highly adaptive and pivot friendly.

**OERE Responsibilities**
- Interprets Alarm Signals received through automation systems (Omnipolis Application). Signals include fire, silent panic, medical, commercial trouble, and other hazardous conditions).
- Provide accurate and timely notification of alarm signals to appropriate respondents. Dispatch Police, Fire, Ambulance and other emergency agencies.
- Communicate with Mobile app users to share the information of dispatched units and give them necessary instructions.
- Accurately and completely document all actions taken in an automated system.
- Update daily reports, forms and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide excellent Customer Service at all times.
- Follow Company and Department policies and procedures.
- Transfer calls to appropriate teams for problem escalation.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to operate various computer and communication platform, usually are learned through training period.
- Personal characteristics that might be advantageous for Omnipolis executives include good judgment skills, since they need to prioritise the calls they receive by order of importance, as well as good communication skills, since they must relay information between parties.
- Must have good speaking skills and be comfortable talking to people in various emotional states.
- Should be comfortable reading maps and be familiar with their assigned territories so they can help Users manage emergency situations while they're waiting for help to arrive.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
