Executive Assistant

Handling day to day Secretarial works. Analysis and preparation of relevant MIS for MD.
- Should be able to answer mail and carry on day to day activities.
- Preparing Meetings / Agendas / Minutes of the Meetings.
- Perform general office duties such as maintaining and filing records, documents and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of papers and documents of the business or organization
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Administrate & coordinate daily internal office routines.
- Good Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, expert in MS Office, word, power point presentations etc.
Male/Female both can apply
**Requirements**:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate or Relevant
Good Communication in the English Language, Sales and Business Development knowledge
Interpersonal Skills, Administrative Skills, Communication Skills, Computer and ERP Skills
**Salary **:18 to 25 k ctc per month
**Reporting to**:HOD and Director
Office Timing: 9:00 to 5:30 | Monday to Saturday
Office Address: 29/P, Santej-Vadsar Road, Santej, Ta: Kalol, Dist. Gandhinagar-382721, Gujarat.
