Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of products, including GI Panels, SS Panels, Scientific Doors, Fire Doors, and Lab Furniture. Your main objective will be to generate leads, convert them into sales, and build strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently.
- Performing in-house, competitor, and consumer analyses to shape new undertakings.
- Devising and coordinating intangible and experiential marketing endeavours.
- Teaming with pertinent internal stakeholders to roll out seamless, effective campaigns.
- Boosting our presence by harnessing paid and organic formulas.
- Building sustained, profitable ties with our customers.
- Analysing metrics at strategic moments to ascertain successes.
- Compiling informed reports to guide all marketing-related efforts.
- Partaking in marketing workshops to enlarge your skill set.
- 5-6 Years of experience into cleanroom industries (1-from door industry (Fire doors, Emergency doors, Cleanroom doors. 1 from cold room industry, 1 from cleanroom industry)
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels

**Responsibilities**:
Promote and sell GI Panels, SS Panels, Scientific Doors, Fire Doors, and Lab Furniture to potential customers.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing them with suitable product solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and technical specifications of the products.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company products and increase brand visibility.

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software or other designated tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and customer service, to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback to the management regarding customer requirements, market demands, and product improvements.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building materials, construction, or laboratory equipment industry.

Familiarity with GI Panels, SS Panels, Scientific Doors, Fire Doors, Lab Furniture, or similar products is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey product information.

Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and MS Office Suite.

Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events.

A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
