Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:
Purchase:
1. Source and procure raw materials.

2. Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers.

3. Manage inventory levels, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.

4. Maintain supplier relationships and resolve supply chain issues.

Sales:
1. Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide quotes.

2. Manage sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.

3. Communicate with logistics teams for timely shipment.

4. Monitor sales performance, identify improvement areas, and suggest strategies.

Administrative:
1. Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and inventory.

2. Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required.

3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in purchase and sales coordination.

3. Excellent English writing, communication, and negotiation skills.

4. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

6. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

1. Experience in polymer industry.

2. Knowledge of import procedures.

3. Familiarity with ERP systems.
