Stores Executive for a ELECTRONICS and INSTRUMENTATION COMPANY in chennai.

1 year experience in Stores department.

Work Location: chennai
- Support the purchasing department in procurement of materials, supplies and equipment
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers
- Maintain complete and accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery confirmations, payment receipts, etc.
- Receive, prepare, and process incoming correspondence
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and general office support
- Process, track, and reconcile accounts payable
- Process, track, and reconcile accounts receivable
- Assist in preparation of invoices and statements
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle purchases for both new and existing products.
- Making purchase orders.
- Collect all the quotes from vendors.
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and ensure timely dispatch of products.
- Maintain purchase reports, review orders and manage stock accordingly to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- To bring in creative ideas on curating products for various requirements.
- Source new suppliers who can provide competitive pricing.
- Negotiate with suppliers on rates, product quality etc.
- Proactively work with Inventory team to ensure timely supply of products.
- Bills verification and vendor payment.
- Basic ERP KNOWLEDGE Require.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
