**Skills and Qualifications**:
**1. Technical Skills**:
○ Proficiency in server administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
○ Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.
○ Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
○ Understanding of cloud services, such as AWS or Azure, for server management and deployment.

**2. Security Knowledge**:
○ Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
○ Ability to implement and manage security measures for servers and network infrastructure.
○ Knowledge of encryption methods, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions.

**3. Asset Management**:
○ Experience in inventory management and asset tracking for hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment).
○ Proficiency in deploying and managing endpoint management tools for software deployment, updates, and monitoring.

**4. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving**:
○ Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to recurring problems.

**5. Communication and Collaboration**:
○ Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and external vendors effectively.
○ Collaboration skills to work closely with other IT team members and departments within the organization.

**6. Documentation and Compliance**:
○ Ability to maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, network diagrams, and IT policies.
○ Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to data protection and privacy (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). JD- IT Administrator

**7. Certifications**:
○ Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) can be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
