Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Visit colleges and schools to identify and approach potential clients.
- **Client Meetings**: Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to present our products/services.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management review.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in field sales or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- **Requirements**:
- Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
