We are looking for a Corporate Sales Advisor who will be generating leads for onboarded Corporate clients to help them with buyer discovery.

**What you'll do**:

- Chatting and generating leads for onboarded Corporate clients to help them with buyer discovery.
- Effective rapport building & brand articulation ability to educate customers & drive sales over call.
- Directly impacting category revenue
- Ability to gain the respect and trust of buyers, to harness the organization.
- Collating data & generating reports for daily performance tracking.
- Providing value added customer services by attending customer queries and issues.
- Complete monitoring of user chat initiated on the Dealer's listing and sharing with the respective dealer.
- Activation / Deactivation of the Listing Packages.
- Monthly renewal / extension of the packages.
- Uploading of Listing Images.
- Coordination with Sunfra Team for report, API and Call Masking

**Who we are looking for**:

- 2+ years' experience as a Customer Support Specialist or telesales role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
