Retention Executive

> Customer Query Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for doctors regarding
insurance-related queries, including policy coverage, claims processing, premium payments,
communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Listen attentively to customer concerns and questions,
demonstrating empathy and understanding. Provide accurate and helpful information to
address customer inquiries effectively. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
for resolution, ensuring prompt follow-up and closure.
- Maintain CRM Systems: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to record
and track customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. Ensure that customer records are
accurate, up-to-date, and appropriately documented for future reference and analysis.
- Build Customer Relationships: Foster positive relationships with doctors by delivering
personalized and attentive service. Proactively anticipate customer needs and preferences,
offering proactive support and guidance to enhance the customer experience and
satisfaction.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers about our insurance products, features,
and benefits. Explain policy terms, coverage options, and claim procedures in a clear and
understandable manner, ensuring that customers are well-informed and confident in their
insurance decisions.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with sales, underwriting, claims, and other
internal teams to address customer inquiries effectively. Liaise with relevant departments to
expedite issue resolution, communicate customer feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
