Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Attend calls at the Front office and transfer it to the back office staff
- Manage and arrange appointments for the upper management
- Manage housekeeping and discipline in Front office
- Keep record of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports
- Experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management system
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
