- **Inside Sales Executive**

Communicating with prospects, making outbound calls to prospects/ leads and following up on leads.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of prospects.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Responsible closing deals and processing payments
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Developing leads and referrals
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting

with prospects

**Skills-**
- Previous experience in an outbound calls (sales Profile) or a related sales position preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Hindi Language)
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with software sales / solution sales environments.
- Independent thinker and worker, who can take cues and direction from leaders and others and find innovative ways to reach goals \ desired results
