Duties

Basic Function of the Position: The position is located in the Financial Management Center (FMC) Office, U.S. Embassy New Delhi. The incumbent will serve as voucher examiner/administrative clerk to the Financial Management Center Director and Deputy Director, report Time & Attendance, and maintenance of FMC page on website, S/he will log all invoices in DBO (Designed Billing Office), intake module in software Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS) / e-invoicing. Review and process vouchers pertaining to purchase orders, contracts for goods/services received by U.S. Government (USG); submit pre-select vouchers to PSU; general understanding of the Mission, full knowledge regarding FMC’s roles, responsibilities and procedures and familiarity with appropriate regulations. Maintain Excel database to record GST (Goods and Services Tax) amount paid to host government and seek refund accordingly.

**Requirements**:
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
Two years of administrative or accounting experience.

Successful completion of Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in New Delhi, India may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.

For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.

The pay plan is assigned at the time the conditional offer letter is issued by the HR Office.

- IMPORTANT: Applicants who claim status as a preference-eligible U.S. Veteran must submit a copy of their most recent DD-214 (“Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty”), equivalent documentation, or certification.
