Duties

**Basic Function of the Position**: The position is located in the Information Resource Management Office, U.S. Embassy New Delhi. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the management of Telecommunication and Radio ( Wired and Wireless Communications) Network for the U.S. Mission in New Delhi including four constituent posts at Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad under the guidance and direction from Information Management Office. S/he will receive supervision, guidance from the Telecom Supervisor and is required to report the progress, completion, matters of far-reaching implication on all on-going projects, installations, office renovations, and other related matters to the Telecom Supervisor. The incumbent will schedule daily Telephone or Radio tasks and review them upon completion. The incumbent will also perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Evaluations

**Requirements**:
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:Three years of experience in the field of Telecommunications.

**Education Requirements**:
Completion of Senior Secondary School (Class XII) and three year Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or Communication Engineering is required.

Level 3 (Good Working Knowledge) in English & Hindi (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required. English language may be tested.
