- The main tasks of this role are as below:

- 1. Accounts Roles
- Preparation and filing of TDS Returns.
- Monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of books of accounts.
- Assisting Day-to-Day Accounting operations.
- Accounts payables, vendor payment in the cycle, vendor reconciliation.
- Auditing financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the
- confidentiality of the financial data.

2. Administration Roles
- Assist with other accounting and admin projects.
- Arrange internal functions and order office supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with building management for repair issues, emergencies and office matters.
- Lesioning with Govt. offices, banks, housekeeping & security agencies, vendor
- management, manage employees file, organizing employees’ activities.
- Cooperate with IT security procedures.
- New facility setup, when required.
- Prepare documents, presentations, minutes and letters as required by the Executive
- Director or Directors.
- Ad-hoc office admin tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and financial requirements.
- 3. Providing information to the public- and/or information as requested.
- Provide travel information at BtoC promotional events.

4. Other duties
- Relieve staff who are on leave.
- Undertake such other duties consistent with the employee’s skills, qualifications and experience, as otherwise directed.
- To be successful in this role you must
- Be passionate about and interested in travel to and within Japan.
- Have some knowledge of tourism in Japan.
- Have Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Be native or fluent in English.
- Have strong communication and writing skills.
- More than three years of experience in an Admin and Accountant role.
- Being accurate with numbers and having good quantitative skills.
- Possess accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Be proficient in MS Office suite of programs. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Be a good team player but also able to work independently.
- Keep a flexible attitude regarding different business customs and different cultures.
- Possess a strong willingness to learn.
- Need to submit police clearance certificate after interview.
