This position will providing day-to-day administrative assistance, managing office equipment, providing excellent communication, and customer service to all stakeholders and other tasks as required by their supervisor.
Responsibilities :
Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the office and staff.
Vendor and outsource management; negotiating, monitoring service providers, ensuring quality, cost control, risk mitigation, compliance, and effective communication to meet business objectives.
Organizing and maintaining files, documents, databases and records systematically.
Overseeing the procurement, payment transaction, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
Assisting in managing office budgets and financial transactions.
Skills and Experiences :
Graduated in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Experienced in office management, government/ local sectors association, and customer/partner relationship management (new grad are welcome)
Strong administrative assistance skills, organized, detail-oriented, excellent communication, and customer service.
Strong ability to work independently, multitask, and travel nationwide (Work location in Worldmark 1, Aerocity, Delhi, India).
Prior involvement in the energy, power, infrastructure, or oil & gas sector is a plus.
Be able to communicate fluently in English (Thai speaking is a plus)
This position will work under Global Renewable Synergy Company Limited (GRSC India), Liaison office of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC)
