Our areas of focus include - Healthcare Equipment Financing, Machine Tools Equipment Financing, Printing Equipment Financing, Plastic Molding Equipment Financing and Packaging Equipment Financing. We provide financing for equipment manufactured by Siemens and a wide array of other well-known manufacturers from India. In addition to this we also provide financing for International equipment and manufacturers. We believe in delivering exceptional customer service and leverage our financial expertise and industrial know-how to create value for our customers.

This role has reporting into to Central operations Manager.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Controls & transaction completeness is the primary focus of this role.
- Ensure all controls are put in place regarding transaction processing and payments.
- Regular monitoring of vendor payables and reporting
- Review the payables with the regional operations team on regular basis and work with accounts team and sales team on closure.
- Overall responsibility of all the audits performed at the organization level, namely Statutory audit, internal audit, CFA, RIC, RBI, tax audits.
- Coordinate with regional teams and accounting teams in collation of data and documents and ensure accuracy in the same. Work closely with risk and account teams on resolution of all the issues.
- MIS activities -repayment modes, accuracy analysis and improvement
- Actively participate in system requirement mapping and testing
- Proactive in attending to customer requests.
- Should have end to end knowledge of transaction processing from operations perspective. Deal on boarding, mid-life contract servicing, mid-term terminations, transaction restructuring etc.

**What else do I need to know?**

**Knowledge and Experience**
- ACA/ICWA
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial services or bank in the back office or finance functions
- Should have worked in NBFC/Bank/fintech.
- In depth understanding of various financial products and services
- Sound knowledge of excel and financial calculations.
- Exposure to project management and participation at process improvement activities is desired.
- Experience in handling team would be an added advantage.
- Should have digital mindset and bring innovation and automation to the processes.
- Knowledge of compliance guidelines /framework defined by RBI other governing bodies.
- Should be a team player.
