**Position Overview**:
As an Operations & Maintenance Coordinator at Enversys Greentek Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our wastewater treatment facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing equipment and resources, and implementing strategies to maximize operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance Planning**: Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all wastewater treatment equipment and systems.

**Resource Management**: Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

**Equipment Monitoring**: Implement a proactive approach to monitor the performance of wastewater treatment equipment and identify issues for preventive maintenance.

**Compliance**: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

**Vendor Relations**: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers for spare parts procurement and service agreements.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and incident reports.

**Team Coordination**: Work closely with the operations team to minimize downtime and optimize wastewater treatment processes.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in maintenance operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in wastewater treatment operations and maintenance coordination.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment systems and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
