**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **B2B Sales Strategy**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the B2B market in the USA, focusing on mortgage products and services.
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations and establish strong relationships to drive sales opportunities.
2. **Mortgage Sales Expertise**:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on mortgage options, rates, and terms, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
3. **Pipeline Management**:
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity tracking, to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to monitor sales activities, forecast revenue projections, and prioritize opportunities for maximum efficiency.
4. **Closing Skills**:
- Overcome objections, address concerns, and facilitate contract negotiations to drive successful closures and achieve revenue goals.
5. **Market Analysis and Insights**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the mortgage market in the USA.
- Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities, refine sales strategies, and enhance product offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of **3+ years in B2B sales**, preferably within the **mortgage industry or financial services sector**.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements in the USA market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Existing network of contacts within the mortgage industry or related sectors is a plus.
