**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**: Assist the founders in developing and executing business strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and mission.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
- **Business Development**: Support the creation and implementation of business development plans, including partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders.
- **Operational Excellence**: Work on optimizing internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization.
- **Project Management**: Lead and coordinate strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- **Financial Analysis**: Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support the founders in investor meetings, board presentations, and other key engagements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
