**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders and team members.
- Liaise with government agencies and other partners to facilitate project implementation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project activities with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project outcomes.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate performance reports, progress updates, and other management reports as required by CSR and other funding agencies.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, funding, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
- Represent the organisation at meetings, conferences, and other events related to the CSR project, as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
