**Job Overview**:
Complete Customer Analytics for Airline IT solutions to derive actionable outcomes and drive improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop thorough understanding of Vistara’s customer facing IT systems and solution through in-depth study, testing and collaboration with SMEs to evaluate how a customer (and potential customers) interacts with them, understand user behaviour, and identify friction points
- Draw journey maps, evaluate, and propose optimizations
- Drive implementation of such requirements & continuous improvement of customer experience
- Create and track metrics to quantify the customer experience, organize and analyze related data to improve the current experience and predict future needs

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Python/R
- Microsoft Power BI/QlikSense
- Salesforce/Adobe Analytics engines
- Advanced MS EXCEL with usage of macros etc.
- MS Power point, Mural Board and other customer journey mapping tools
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Journey and strong experience of planning, orchestrating & strategizing customer journeys
- Working knowledge of Digital CX Strategy, Analytics, Experience Design, and Implementation
- Learning Aptitude with good presentation & inter-personal Skills
- Understanding of available Analytics tools for Customer experience & latest trends in the market

**Work Experience**:

- Working Experience in Customer Analytics related role in Airline/retail/telecom or any B2C platform would be preferred

**Qualification**:

- BE/ B Tech/BBA/BCA/ Graduate with certifications in Analytics tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics etc.

**Location**:

- Gurgaon
