Position Overview :

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join us as the Head of AI Products. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and commercialization of our AI products and solutions. You will lead a talented team of data scientists, product managers, project managers, and designers to deliver world-class AI-driven products that exceed market expectations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy :

- Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for AI product development aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

- Conduct in-depth market research and collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.

Team Leadership :

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI professionals, including data scientists, product managers and designers

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the AI products team.

Product Development and Execution :

- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality, scalability, and market relevance.

- Collaborate closely with engineering and business development teams to execute product initiatives effectively.

Go-to-Market Strategy :

- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for AI products, including branding, pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.

- Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption, market penetration, and revenue Management :


- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver AI products on schedule and within budget.

- Implement robust project management methodologies to ensure effective resource allocation, risk mitigation, and project success.

Branding and Positioning :

- Define and communicate the unique value proposition and positioning of AI products to target audiences.

- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling branding strategies and messaging that resonate with customers.

Hands-On AI Expertise :

- Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning model development, deep learning frameworks, and AI toolkits.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the AI team, contributing directly to the development and optimization of AI algorithms and solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with executive leadership to align AI product strategies with overall company goals and initiatives.

- Collaborate with research and development teams to explore emerging technologies and integrate cutting-edge advancements into AI products.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Alumni of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) with a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

- Proven track record of leadership in AI product development, preferably in a technology-driven organization.

- Strong hands-on experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.

- Experience in building and managing high-performing teams; ability to inspire and motivate others.

- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communicator and influencer, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. (ref:hirist.tech)
