**Position: Sales Executive**

**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be conducting proactive outreach via cold calling and engaging in personalized counseling sessions with prospective students and parents. You will play a pivotal role in driving student recruitment and promoting our pathway programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and execute cold calling campaigns to connect with potential students and parents, effectively highlighting the benefits of our pathway programs.
- Provide comprehensive counseling and guidance to prospective students and parents regarding educational opportunities abroad, program details, and admission requirements.
- Build and nurture relationships with leads through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process for interested students.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and international education policies to refine sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to empathize with students and parents, addressing their concerns and offering tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into enrollments.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
