**Job Overview**:
We are looking for responsible and reliable Delivery Agents to join our team. As a Delivery Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages to customers. This role offers flexible timings and the opportunity to earn attractive incentivesbased on performance. The position is available for both part-time and full-time applicants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver packages to customer locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of goods during transit.
- Verify delivery addresses and collect payments (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Follow safety and traffic regulations while driving.
- Report any delivery issues or challenges to the supervisor promptly.
- Manage delivery schedules effectively to ensure on-time deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driving license.
- Prior experience in delivery or courier services is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of local routes and areas is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to handle packages safely and securely.
