Role Summary
Position: Manager – Agent Sales & Expansion
Experience: 5 to 7 Years
Reporting to: Sr. Manager – Product Marketing. Dotted line to CGO.
Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)
Responsibilities:
·   Create sales plans and achieve sales targets.
·   Recruit new delivery agents.
·   Managing agent sales team.
·   Creating budgets & utilization + Ro I reports.
·   Collaborate with other teams to ensure channel success.
·   Offer & QPS planning and implementation.
·   Data analysis.
·   Hiring team members as & when required.
·   Sales forecasts & AOP achievement.
Preferred Skills:
·   Experience with retailer/distributor/agent management.
·   Good financial acumen and discipline.
