**Job Description**:
Berkshire Realty is seeking a highly organized and dynamic HR
- Admin & Property Manager to join our team in New Delhi. This

multifaceted role requires a blend of human resources,

administrative, and property management skills. The successful

team, ensuring smooth office operations, and overseeing the

maintenance, renovation, and regulatory compliance of our

properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Executive Support: Manage calendars for senior executives,

assist in meeting preparation, answer phone calls, and ensure

efficient communication within the office.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of

the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are performed

efficiently and effectively.
- HR Responsibilities: Lead the hiring process for office staff,

including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain

up-to-date employee records and ensure HR policies are in

compliance with local laws.
- Property Management: Coordinate construction, repair, and

renovation projects for office properties. Manage relationships

with contractors, oversee project completion timelines, and

ensure quality standards are met.
- Regulatory Compliance: Handle regulatory matters related to

properties, including NDMC, MCD, and other local government

bodies, ensuring all properties comply with current laws and

regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with the management of office

and property budgets, including accounts payable and

receivable, to ensure financial health and accountability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human

Resources, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven

track record in HR, administrative coordination, and property

management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and

experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple

priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detailoriented

approach.
- Prior experience in architecture or civil engineering is highly

desirable, providing insight into construction, renovation, and

maintenance processes.
