**Job Summary**:
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This role involves overseeing office supplies and equipment, planning events and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. The individual will work closely with the Accounts and HR teams to support their administrative needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing necessary materials.
- Handle travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and other administrative materials.
- Assist the Accounts and HR teams with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Freshers are welcome
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,069.84 - ₹18,158.28 per month
