**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Interaction:
- Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide guidance and expert advice throughout the selling process, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
2. Property Showings:
- Show properties to clients and offer comprehensive information about the properties and their surrounding areas.
- Identify and present unique selling points (USPs) of each property.
3. Sales Negotiations:
- Negotiate sales agreements on behalf of clients, striving for favorable terms.
- Collaborate with other real estate agents and industry professionals to effectively market and sell properties.
4. Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on local real estate market conditions, trends, and property values.
- Remain informed about relevant laws and regulations impacting the real estate industry.
5. Exceptional Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records and client files using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
6. Professional Development:
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the real estate industry through training and self-improvement.
**Requirements**:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation is a mandatory requirement.
2. Market Knowledge:
- A strong understanding of the real estate market is essential.
- Familiarity with the North Bengaluru real estate market is a plus.
3. Client Acquisition:
- Proven ability to actively seek out potential clients and convert leads into new sales opportunities.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Teamwork and Independence:
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
6. Client Engagement:
- Coordinate with builders to arrange site visits and share pertinent property information with clients.
- Visit properties to identify and highlight unique selling points during client interactions.
7. Network Building:
- Actively participate in seminars, conferences, and industry events to expand the business network and enhance market presence.
8. Transportation:
- Must possess a two-wheeler for property visits and client meetings.
