**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:
Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for documents, records, and reports.
**Program Coordination**:
Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of NGO programs and projects.
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, workshops, and other program activities.
Communicate effectively with partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth program delivery.
**Financial Administration**:
Support financial management activities, including budgeting, accounting, and expense tracking.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing financial reports and grant proposals as required.
**Communications and Outreach**:
Contribute to the development and dissemination of promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content.
Assist in maintaining the NGO's website, blog, and social media platforms.
Respond to inquiries from the public, donors, and media outlets in a professional and timely manner.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Development, or related field.
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Knowledge of financial management principles and experience with budgeting and accounting procedures.
Commitment to the mission and values of the NGO, with a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
