We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the IT sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform business strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in IT sales and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
