We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Superintendent to oversee the daily operations and provide leadership at our old age home. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety, and comfort of our elderly residents while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Duties**:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the old age home.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and services.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
Maintain accurate records, including financial, resident, and employee records.
- **Resident Care**:Supervise and lead a team of caregivers and support staff.
Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
Coordinate and oversee resident activities and recreational programs.
Foster a caring and inclusive community for the elderly residents.
- **Budget Management**:Manage the budget for the old age home, including expenses and revenue.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- **Community Engagement**:Build and maintain positive relationships with residents' families, volunteers, and the local community.
Organize and participate in events, workshops, and support groups.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, social work, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in senior living or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulations and laws related to old age homes.
- Compassion, patience, and empathy for the elderly.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
