We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires an individual who is proactive, communicates effectively, and has a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Ntropy's products and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and specifications to clients.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in creating marketing content, presentations, and materials to support sales activities and increase brand visibility.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales data in the CRM system to track progress and identify improvement areas.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure product availability, quality standards, and timely delivery.Key Qualifications:
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment (battery, electronics, or related industries).
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details in a clear, persuasive manner.
- **Customer Focused**: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
- **Self-Motivated**: Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and make informed decisions.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
