Technology Solution Sales Representative

Experience of enterprise sale
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients, generating leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessments to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance on our products and services to address their specific needs.
- Present and demonstrate our technical products and services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits, and articulating how they can address customer challenges and improve their business operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team, product managers, and technical experts to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations that align with customer needs and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and services being sold, along with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to understand customer needs, identify solutions, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management, reporting, and sales forecasting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
