IT Sales Representative

As an IT Sales Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our IT products and solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products, strong sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT products and solutions. Identify new business opportunities and lead sales initiatives.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our IT products and solutions, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Provide expert advice to clients on product selection and implementation.
- **Sales Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure alignment and address client needs effectively.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics and achievements. Provide regular updates to management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience with [specific IT products or solutions] is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and industry trends. Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
- **Sales Skills**: Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Proven ability to close deals and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
