**Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Solar Segment**

**Job Overview**: As a Sales coordinator focusing on the solar segment, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the solar industry. You will represent our brand, ensuring its visibility and positive association within the solar sector. Your role will involve strategic collaboration with solar companies, industry influencers, government agencies, and other relevant organizations to promote our brand, products, and services in the solar energy market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Develop and nurture relationships with solar industry stakeholders including solar panel manufacturers, installation companies, energy consultants, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.

2. **Brand Representation**: Serve as the primary point of contact for representing our brand within the solar segment. Communicate our brand values, vision, and offerings effectively to external stakeholders.

3. **Partnership Development**: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the solar industry to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and promotional activities.

4. **Market Research**: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the solar energy sector. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.

5. **Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows targeting the solar segment. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop collateral and materials tailored to the needs of solar industry professionals.

6. **Content Creation**: Create compelling content such as articles, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations highlighting the benefits of our products and solutions for the solar market. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.

8. **Customer Relationship Management**: Support customer acquisition and retention efforts by engaging with existing and potential customers in the solar sector. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, B.Tech or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in solar industry, business development, or sales within the solar energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or account management.
- Certification in solar energy or related fields (e.g., NABCEP certification).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
