Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for sales team members, dealers, distributors, and buyers. Ensure effective communication and coordination to resolve issues, answer queries, and address the needs and wants of stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products to provide accurate information and support to stakeholders.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage sales data using Salesforce. Ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytic tools to analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Leverage Salesforce for data entry and management.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Additional Skills: Possess added skills in Salesforce, cold calling, and data management to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or sales support role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience with data entry and management.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytic tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to follow up with management to resolve issues.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in cold calling and sales outreach.
- Strong data management capabilities.
- Familiarity with the company's industry and products.
**How to Apply**:*
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
